The Personnel Office is located in the Administrative Offices at 9000 Gateway Campus Boulevard, Monroeville, PA 15146 [Map]. Professional Positions -
Applications for professional teaching positions are accepted at any time during the year. Gateway School District participates in the Teacher Clearinghouse service of PA-Educator.net. All interested applicants should enter and submit all of the required employment information to this provider. Applicants can log onto PA-Educator.net to submit their information. Once entered, you may submit a cover letter and resume to the Personnel Office identifying your interest in a particular position.
Teacher applicants are recruited in many ways depending upon the nature of the position(s) to be filled. Methods most commonly used include:

- Working through career service offices of colleges and universities Job Fairs
- Posting jobs in the Pennsylvania School Boards Association’s Information Legislative Service (ILS) Bulletin

Day-to-Day Substitute Teaching Positions -
Any person who currently holds a valid Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate may apply to be included on our day-to-day substitute teacher list. Please send a cover letter indicating your interest in becoming a substitute, resume, and standard teaching application to the Personnel Office. You will be contacted to attend our next monthly group “Substitute Interview.”
The Gateway School District uses the Substitute Call Service of AESOP to fill all of our professional vacancies.
Non-Professional Positions -
Applications for non-professional positions are accepted at any time during the year. All interested applicants may obtain an application from our Administrative Offices for the positions of interest. They may also be downloaded from this website. Applications are available for the following positions:
