Business Education Department

The Business Education curriculum of the Gateway High School is designed to provide all students of various abilities, learning styles and socio-economic backgrounds with knowledge, skills, and behaviors necessary to perform competently the tasks in their selected occupational pursuits. It offers the student a diverse background in many technological areas. It also enables the student to adjust to the ever-changing advances in the business world. The Business Education program is designed to provide and develop occupational competencies and an understanding of business, economic competencies and life skills. Courses are offered which provide a foundation for students at career-entry level as well as post-secondary study.
