GATEWAY RANKS IN PVAAS TOP 20 GROWTH SCHOOLS IN STATE
Gateway School District is very proud to now be ranked in the top 20 of PVAAS (Pennsylvania Value Added Assement System) High Growth school districts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. A High Growth designation means that the identified grade in the designated building scored in the top twenty percent in the state in the tested subject.

Keystone Achievement Award
The following Gateway Schools have earned the 2010 Keystone Achievement Award for making AYP (Academic Yearly Progress) two consecutives years: Gateway Middle School, Moss Side Middle School, Evergreen Elementary, Pitcairn Elementary, University Park Elementary, Ramsey Elementary, and Dr. Cleveland Steward, Jr. Elementary.
