Lunch & Breakfast Menus & Meal Price Information

Gateway Food & Nutrition would like to take this opportunity to share that all of the Gateway Schools are eligible for FREE MEALS for the duration of the 2023-24 school year through the implementation of the Federally-funded Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) Program.  This Universal Free Lunch & School Breakfast Program will provide a single complete reimbursable breakfast & lunch each school day to all students at no charge regardless of their respective eligibility status.  In order to qualify as a “free meal,” students must take a “complete reimbursable meal.”

Menus are posted below.

Dear Parent/Guardian:

We would like to take this opportunity to welcome you and your child(ren) back to Gateway School District for another rewarding year of education excellence. We would also like to highly encourage all households who may qualify for free or reduced meal benefits to fill out the online meal benefit application using the following link:

Meal Benefit Application

In the event you are not sure whether your household would qualify, please submit a completed application in order to determine your eligibility. You may provide your household the opportunity to save as much as $75 a month per student. Please keep in mind that applying for such benefits in no way requires your child(ren) to participate in the program. If they would prefer to bring their meals from home, they would be more than welcome to do so. However, having as many completed and approved applications on file as possible before the end of  October each school year could enable the District to receive more Federal and State Funding . Therefore, the District may have a greater opportunity to bring additional financial support into the schools and help address monetary needs.
