Winter Sports

Any student planning on participating in a winter sport must have all their online athletic forms completed no later than 11/15/23.  First practices start on 11/17/23.  Students may not participate in practices if their forms are not complete.  If your child participated in a fall sport, you will only need to complete a recertification and select the new sport of choice.  Please call the athletic office at 412-373-5750 with any questions.

School Sports Physicals

We will be offering physicals for any student planning on participating in a winter or spring school sport this year on Wednesday, November 1, from 2:30-4:30pm, in the high school nurses office.  These are available for students in grades 7-12.  The cost of the physicals are $15 cash only.  If your child wears glasses or contacts, please make sure they wear them.  No appointment is necessary.  Please make sure to print out the health history and physical forms.  Parents MUST complete the health history form prior to seeing the doctor.  Parents will need to complete the online athletic forms in addition and upload the completed physical and health history forms.  This is done on the parents Skyward account by accessing online forms, athletics and fill in forms.  If your child participated in a fall sport, they do not need a new physical, but you will need to complete a recertification.  Please contact the athletic office with any questions at 412-373-5750.
